- Identify and explore new market opportunities in international regions, develop strategic sales plans, and lead efforts to expand the company’s presence by managing distributor and retailer relationships.
- Oversee day-to-day operations in overseas markets, ensuring the efficient distribution, timely delivery, and quality control of FMCG products, while addressing any logistical challenges.
- Lead and motivate local teams, ensuring they meet sales targets and operational objectives. Provide training and development opportunities, fostering high performance and aligning team goals with corporate strategies.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement pricing strategies. Provide regular reports to senior management on market performance, including sales achievements, customer feedback, and competitive analysis

Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationalities
- 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations management within the FMCG sector, particularly in international markets
- Should have knowledge with ERP systems and CRM tools to track sales, customer relationships, and operational performance.
- Deep understanding of the local markets and consumer behaviour in the regions, with an ability to adapt strategies to different cultural contexts.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills relevant to the target market (e.g., Arabic, French, etc.) are a plus.
