·        Conduct site analysis, surveys, and feasibility studies.

·        Prepare detailed engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for various infrastructure projects.

·        Utilize civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar) to create designs.

Project Management:

·        Oversee the execution of civil engineering projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

·        Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other engineers to ensure the project progresses smoothly.

·        Monitor and manage project risks, addressing issues and resolving challenges in a timely manner.

·        Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and technical documentation.

Site Supervision and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure that work is carried out according to design specifications and standards.
• Ensure that safety and environmental regulations are followed during construction.
• Collaborate with contractors to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality work

Cost Estimation and Budgeting:

• Provide cost estimates and work with the finance team to ensure proper budgeting.
• Track project expenses and manage costs effectively to meet financial goals.

Problem Solving and Technical Guidance:

• Provide technical expertise in solving engineering challenges and offer creative solutions to complex issues.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians on technical and project-related matters.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and standards, applying innovative techniques to improve designs and processes.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure that all designs and projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from regulatory agencies for project execution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance documentation.

Skills

• Proven working experience in civil engineering.
• Holder of valid G+1 Dubai Municipality approval.
• Well-versed in solving practical project issues using computer software and relevant technological tools.
• Eager to work in a variety of setups that include on-site and in-office activities.
• Portraying professional-level report drafting and writing skills to cover all necessary details of an ongoing project.
• Ability to supervise workers and guide them to complete daily tasks for optimum time and resource management.
• Bachelor's degree in the field of Civil Engineering.
• Preferred for valid UAE driving license holder.
