Job Description

• Preparing Detailed Shop Drawings, Joinery, Cultists & As builts.
• Preparing drawings such as wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, stone, glass, metal and related details.
• Prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and specifications as instructed by Design Team.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and HVAC drawings and other trades.
• Manage ongoing revisions and changes as per directions and deadlines. Manage and file drawings.
• Preparing detailed cut-list drawing for production as per the approved shop drawing and follow up with production and site installation.
• Co-ordination & preparation of interior fit-out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions. Dealing inquiries, Quantity take off, BOQ preparation.

Skills

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience working in UAE as a CAD Draftsman in Fit Out industry.
• Must have experience in Fit-out and joinery shop drawings
• Must have experience in managing primary inventory work, made drafting of space plans, site measurement, elevations etc.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and preferably 2D/ 3D and SketchUp software or other drafting software.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction practices.
