Our client is an awarding winning Hotel offering luxury rooms, hosting bespoke events with style, popular restaurants and F&B outlets.
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team
Responsibilities
- Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment, ensuring all staff are thoroughly trained, knowledgeable, and motivated to deliver exceptional service
- Oversee all service-related tasks, including checklists, point-of-sale management, cash handling, handovers, equipment control, stock-taking and reservation coordination
- Meet service requirements promptly with a positive, team-orientated approach, maintaining the highest standards
- Drive and oversee the daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service flow, adherence to hygiene and grooming standards
- Conduct monthly SOE stock takes and manage daily checklists for opening and closing
- Build strong guest relations
Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience at a similar level
- Experience within a hotel environment
- Excellent communications skills
- Possess strong leadership ability
