  • Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining the company's products to clients.
  • Prepare proposals and offers of the company's products for clients.
  • Update tender register which shall include tender internal ref, title, closing date, bond, submitted value, validity, technical and commercial clarifications if any, etc.
  • Review tender documents on receipt to ensure its completeness.
  • Search for new clients who could benefit from the company's products in order to increase the revenue.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with all clients and keep in touch with them for any other future collaborations.
  • Provide answers for client's questions about the company products.
  • Update the sales pipeline regularly.
  • Perform technical reviews for drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining the company's services to customers.
  • Prepare proposals after determining the estimated project cost.
  • Review tender documents on receipt to ensure its completeness.
  • Ensure coordination with the procurement department to obtain updated info on the cost of materials and services to develop a precise cost estimate.
  • Co-ordinate & follow-up to ensure post bid clarifications are addressed.
  • Analyze supplier quotes and provide information and data.
  • Monitor and review data and information to detect or assess problems.
  • Use, develop and oversee the maintenance of the sales databases.
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information.
  • Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.



Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the Contractors or contracting industry
  • Proven ability to identify and qualify leads
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong closing skills and a track record of exceeding sales targets
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Valid UAE driver's license (Strictly a Must).
