Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Generate Leads and assist property owners and buyers with the process.
  • Communication: Provide guidance and advice to clients on property investments.
  • ROI Analysis: Conduct investment analysis using our process to rate potential real estate investment opportunities for investors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Prospecting new business through warm calling/messaging/emailing our databases.
  • Networking to become an area specialist within your assigned community
  • Qualifying new leads
  • Negotiating and finalizing deals
  • Learn and advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
  • Work with team to create property listings and attend viewings
  • Network and build connections with potential clients and industry professionals
  • Negotiate property sale and rental agreements

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales abilities
  • High level of commitment and a strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in utilizing real estate tools and platforms
  • A real estate agent or broker&; license is a plus, but not initially required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and any other relevant languages spoken in the local market
  • Candidates must be in UAE for an in-person interview.
