  • Provide technical support and assistance for customers/users.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networking, computer systems, and software applications.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of issues and solutions provided.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Basic understanding and hands-on experience with networking concepts and computer systems.
  • Ability to work independently during the night shift with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Language – English and Tagalog
  • Flexible to work in shifts
