Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

- Provide technical assistance to users experiencing issues with operating systems, applications, and devices.
- System Maintenance:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, networks, and devices.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of systems.
- Networking Support:
- Monitor and maintain network connections.
- Troubleshoot network-related issues, including connectivity and configuration problems.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed logs of support requests and resolutions.
- Provide feedback on recurring technical issues and suggest improvements.
- Training & Support:
- Guide and train users on new software or updates.
- Ensure users are equipped with IT tools and resources for productivity.
