This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Administrator at Priva Casa Vacation homes rental in Dubai. The role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks to support the organization.

Qualifications
- Experience in HR administration, recruitment, or related fields (at least 2 year)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication (English) and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree Human Resources or related fields
- Experience using the Immigration system (GDRFA and ICP) and MoHRE
- Problem Solving & Result Orientation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
