This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Administrator at Priva Casa Vacation homes rental in Dubai. The role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks to support the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR administration, recruitment, or related fields (at least 2 year)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication (English) and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree Human Resources or related fields
  • Experience using the Immigration system (GDRFA and ICP) and MoHRE
  • Problem Solving & Result Orientation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
