Job Title: Head of Sales – Real Estate Development

Job Summary:
The Head of Sales will oversee and drive the sales strategy and execution for the company’s real estate projects, ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded. This individual will lead the sales team, manage relationships with clients and brokers, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization by optimizing sales performance and fostering a client-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement the sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Establish sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
Sales Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Drive a culture of accountability and high performance within the sales organization.
- Set clear sales targets and ensure their achievement through proactive management.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure a seamless client experience from inquiry to property handover.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives and ensure high-quality lead generation.
- Partner with project teams to understand project timelines, pricing, and unique selling points.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance and smooth transactions.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team based on data-driven analysis.
- Manage CRM systems and ensure the accuracy of sales records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8–10 years of sales experience in the real estate sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in real estate development projects.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, property laws, and regulations.
