A successful Team Leader has proven sales capability, is experienced in motivating and managing salespeople and teams; is highly organized and has excellent level of communication (native language plus fluent and proficient in English).
You should be clear on your daily / weekly / monthly routine in reviewing agent KPIs, correct use of CRM, leads management and follow-up, monitoring and improving agent execution of calls and viewings, focused on continuously closing more deals and overachieving set targets / overall sales performance.
Your management style will be to guide and support; you will continue to sell and achieve your own targets while at the same time motivating and leading your own sales team, you represent the MonMaison International Brand professionally and with the highest standards, building strong relationships inside and outside the company related to Off Plan or Secondary Market sales to deliver on your targets and objectives.
Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in Secondary/ Off-Plan market real estate sales, with a proven track record of overachievement.
- 1-2 years’ previous experience in managing and leading salespeople; preferably Real Estate Market Sales.
- In-depth knowledge and relationship with his/her specialist areas - ideally with a proven portfolio of own listed properties / stock.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience and proven ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Ability to discuss and test the knowledge of team members on their specialist areas of expertise.
