Please find below the key responsibilities for the role
- Customer Experience in ensuring consistent and excellent levels of customer service. This will be achieved by ensuring that all orders received from customers are entered accurately into the system and processed through shipments from correct locations and invoicing.
- Follow up with the Credit Controller and the Sales team where required when customer orders are placed on hold.
- Process all stock transfers from distribution centre to shops as well as locations transfers on timely and accurate basis and provide stock information to Customers and Sales Team on request.
- Process all stock related credit notes and periodically advise the Sales Team and Customers regarding the Credit
The work schedule consists of 5 days a week, with the weekly day off potentially falling on any day of the week.
