We are seeking a visionary and seasoned Art Director / Creative Director to lead our creative team and drive the artistic direction of projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, innovative design expertise, and leadership skills to deliver exceptional creative outputs that align with business objectives and resonate with audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership:
- Define and oversee the creative vision and direction for projects, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives to produce high-quality work.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to develop cohesive campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to final execution.
Design & Branding:
- Lead the creation of visually compelling concepts, designs, and presentations.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
- Stay updated on industry trends, incorporating innovative ideas into projects.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary creative point of contact for clients, presenting ideas and gathering feedback.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their vision is effectively translated into creative solutions.
Team Development:
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
- Proven experience in branding, advertising, or creative agencies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital media, motion graphics, and video production.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
