We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on core HR operations, employee support, and compliance, ensuring smooth HR processes and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Facilitate employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation sessions, and system setup.
- Handle offboarding processes such as exit interviews and clearance formalities.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Process and track employee requests such as leave applications, certifications, and updates to personal information.
Payroll Support:
- Collect and verify employee data for payroll processing.
- Address payroll-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries about policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
Policy Implementation:
- Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated effectively to employees.
- Assist in conducting training sessions on workplace policies and compliance.
Compliance & Labor Law:
- Ensure HR processes comply with UAE labor laws and company standards.
- Support the preparation of documentation for audits and legal requirements.
General Support:
- Collaborate with team members on HR projects and events.
- Assist in resolving workplace concerns and escalating issues as necessary.
Skills
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- A basic understanding of UAE labor laws is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
