About the Role - We're now on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join our Dubai office and play an integral role in ensuring our sales operations run seamlessly.


Responsibilities


  • Preparing and maintaining detailed sales reports to help the team track progress and identify new opportunities.
  • Managing schedules, client follow-ups, and coordinating meetings for the sales team.
  • Assisting with email marketing campaigns and updating the CRM system.
  • Providing administrative support for client presentations and meetings.
  • Collaborating with the team to improve processes and streamline operations.

Required Skills


  • A proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in sales administration, recruitment, or similar roles is an advantage.
