Salary Range: 15,000- AED/Monthly
Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager for concrete admixtures in the construction industry, you will lead the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, optimize sales processes, and ensure continuous performance growth and market share expansion. Key responsibilities include:
· Sales Team Management: Lead, recruit, train, motivate, and supervise sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with product knowledge and strong sales skills.
· Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Create and implement specific sales plans and strategies based on market demands and company objectives to achieve sales goals and enhance performance.
· Task Distribution & Progress Tracking: Distribute sales tasks based on team members’ strengths and experience, monitor and assess task completion regularly to ensure targets are met.
· Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively pursue new clients to promote the company’s products in the construction industry.
· Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends, changes in customer demand, and competitor sales strategies, optimizing the sales approach accordingly.
· Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales data and market trends, providing data support for company decision-making.
· Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product, technical, and logistics departments to ensure timely product supply and responsive customer service.
Compensation & Incentives:
· In addition to a competitive base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn substantial incentive bonuses based on your sales performance. The bonus amount will be evaluated and awarded based on the achievement of sales targets.
Skills
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields;
· At least 5 years of sales experience in the construction industry, experience with concrete admixture products is a plus;
· Proven experience in team management with a strong ability to drive sales results;
· Strong market insight, communication, and negotiation skills;
· Ability to work under pressure with strong execution and problem-solving abilities.
