Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This dual-role position combines administrative excellence with strategic business development support to contribute to the organization’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive Support:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses, and other executive logistics.
  1. Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and market research reports.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic business plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and business practices is essential.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
