Our company is urgently looking for a Female Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team.


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. This role includes managing various administrative tasks, maintaining executive property files, overseeing petty cash, processing utility bills, and monitoring vehicle renewals and Salik accounts. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues.


Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

• Manage executive property files and maintain accurate records.

• Handle petty cash transactions and prepare regular reports.

• Process and track utility bill payments to ensure timely settlements.

• Monitor and manage renewals for company vehicles, including registrations and Salik accounts.

• Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.

• Support general administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.

• Provide additional administrative support as required.



Skills

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administrative or receptionist roles.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
