Key Responsibilities

  • Expand Market Reach: Identify new markets and opportunities for our sunglasses brand across different regions, including Arabic-speaking countries.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, retailers, distributors, and key partners both locally and internationally.
  • Networking and Travel: Actively travel to different locations, and attend trade shows, events, and industry meetings to increase brand visibility and secure new business.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, emphasizing the unique features of our sunglasses.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals with clients and distributors, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand regional customer preferences, market trends, and competitor offerings, particularly in Arabic-speaking regions.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management regarding progress and new opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work with the marketing team to create campaigns that support sales efforts and increase brand recognition in target markets.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales goals, with a strong focus on growing revenue and expanding market share in new regions.


Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic, Chinese, and English: Professional proficiency in both languages, able to communicate and negotiate with clients and partners in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in fashion, accessories, or consumer goods.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Ability to travel internationally to meet clients, explore new markets, and attend events.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new business environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the eyewear, fashion, or accessories industry.
  • Established relationships with retailers, distributors, or influencers, especially in Arabic-speaking countries.

Salary: 6,000-10,000 AED (Depending on experience and ability)
