Job Overview
Weatherford is seeking an experienced and dedicated Facility Coordinator to join our team in the Oil & Energy industry. The Facility Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the implementation of Weatherford's OEPS Facility Safety standards across all base facilities and staff houses. This position is responsible for coordinating with subcontractor activities, collaborating with operational managers, monitoring preventive maintenance activities, tracking utilities consumption, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Weatherford's OEPS Facility Safety standards across all base facilities and staff houses.
- Coordinate with subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with Weatherford's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with operational managers to share resources efficiently (forklifts, overhead cranes, pressure test bays, etc.).
- Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance activities for major and minor shop components.
- Track, report, and publish monthly utilities consumption at the base.
- Ensure all necessary base operating licenses and certifications are in place and valid.
- Liaise with civil defense and environmental authorities to implement their requirements.
- Coordinate the transport fleet and carpool, including vehicle allocations, gate pass validity checks, vehicle maintenance monitoring, journey management system, and in-vehicle monitoring system (IVMS) management.
- Act as a Permit to Work approver for hazardous activities carried out at the base.
- Support the country HSE team in implementing day-to-day HSE activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facility coordinator, operations, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Facility Management, Operations Management) or equivalent experience.
