Job Description
As a performance marketing specialist you have to focus on measurable outcomes and return on investment (ROI), ensuring marketing efforts directly contribute to business goals. By leveraging data and analytics, you will enable precise targeting, ad spend optimization, and real-time campaign adjustments, leading to higher efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and vision.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other PPC channels.
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Responsible for Lead Generation Metrics including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Number of Leads, and Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rates.
- Manage Customer Acquisition Metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and New Customers Acquired.
- Measure Campaign Performance including Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rates (CTR), and Conversion Rates.
- Responsible for Website Metrics such as Traffic Growth, Bounce Rates, and Session Durations.
- Social Media Engagement including Engagement Rates, Followers Growth Rate, and Cost Per Engagement (CPE).
- Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
Skills
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Proven experience in performance marketing in the real estate sector.
- Knowledge of building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
- Possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
