Job Description:

• Review and highlight legal risks associated with all types of contracts, agreements, registrations, and activities according to standard real estate practices.
• Provide legal guidance, advice, and actionable recommendations during investment decisions, due diligence, and project development processes.
• Draft and propose commercial contracts and real estate agreements as required to support business operations.
• Serve as the primary resource and legal respondent for potential client disputes or legal matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

About the Client:  

A group of companies involved in various growing industries such as equity investment, automotive, food & beverage, real estate, trading and immigration services

Qualifications: 

• Open to Arabic Nationalities
• 40 years old and below
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus
• At least 5 to 8 years of proven legal experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on UAE real estate law
• Must have a strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge, including litigation, regulations, purchase and sale transactions, and drafting and reviewing real estate agreements
