Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Product Showcasing: Assist in presenting our luxury collections to both B2B and B2C clients.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, product launches, and client preferences to offer tailored recommendations.
- Administrative Support: Manage inquiries, process orders, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
Skills
What We’re Looking For
- Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for creating outstanding client experiences.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in retail or B2B sales, preferably in the HoReCa or luxury goods sectors.
