Oracle Fusion - HCM

Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of development and design experience in Oracle Hyperion and atleast one implementation of Oracle EPBCS and FCCS modules
  • Technically strong and functionally competent in Oracle Cloud Technologies
  • Minimum 3-4 Oracle Fusion HCM Implementations
  • Must have GCC Payroll Implementation Experience – Ideally KSA.
  • Should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HDL, HSDL, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Should have expertise in Data migration from Legacy system to cloud HCM, should be able to individually able to prepare data sheet and perform data loading.
  • Should have exposure to HCM Extracts, BI Publisher and OTBI and alerts configuration .
  • Expertise in Writing/Debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll and HCM Extracts Fast Formulas.
  • Should have an experience in configuring Payroll for Saudi Legislation
  • Strong functional knowledge of HCM Core, Payroll and Absence Management, Recruitment, Performance Management
  • Good to have knowledge of Talent Management, Work force Compensation and HR Help Desk.

 Technical Skills

  • Expert in HDL, Data Loading
  • Develop Integrations between Fusion HCM and other platforms using OIC
  • REST APIs.
  • Build BI Publisher, OTBI Reports and Dashboards.
  • Develop SaaS extensions using VBCS.

Functional Skills

  • Payroll Implementation Experience
  • Experience in at least 3 of the following HCM modules – Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Learning, Recruitment, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, HR Helpdesk.
  • Documentation Skills
  • Requirement gathering skills

Role Specifications:

  • Candidates must demonstrate a proper blend of technical and functional expertise.
  • Technical Expertise:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Fusion technical aspects.
  • Mandatory experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
  • At least one integration or implementation experience with OIC to confirm understanding
