About the Client: 

A group of company serving high-performance industrial coatings, specializing in automotive, construction, and transport sectors.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures and Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment, schedule preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate repairs.

Skills

Qualifications: 

• Open to Asian nationalities
• 30 years old and below
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in paint production or a related paint manufacturing industry
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of quality control and Lean Manufacturing principles 
• Must be proficient in using production software and systems
