A leading international freight forwarding company based in Dubai urgently required, an Operations executive will take the overall responsibility for the execution of all freight operations-related jobs. Oversee best freight forwarding process of goods through Land transport (air/sea operation an additional credential), managing the effectiveness and efficiency of the delivery service provided to our customer. Should have in-depth knowledge of UAE Import/Export Procedures; Documentation and customs regulation within the Free zone & mainland.

Skills

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, – Clear Knowledge of the Shipping Industry – In-depth and previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry in a similar role with process development, ideally in a fast-paced environment – Excellent communication skills: ability to present organized and thorough data and business acumen for the intended audience – Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders and the ability to work under pressure in a cross-functional organization – Strong problem-solving techniques and skills – Fluency in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus) – 3 – 7 years experience in freight operations
