Job Title: Business Outlet Customer Service Executive (UAE National - Females Only)

Job Purpose
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to facilitate, process, and execute financial transactions at our Business Outlets. The role involves promoting and cross-selling Aafaq Islamic Finance’s products and services while meeting financial and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer financial transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Actively promote and cross-sell financial products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
Qualifications and SkillsEducation/Qualification:
- Minimum: High School Certificate or Diploma in any relevant field.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience:
- No prior experience required.
- Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in banking or financial services.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Job Details
Gender Requirement: Female candidates only.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (5 working days a week).
Salary: AED 6,000 per month, plus Nafis benefits.

- A skilled individual, capable of completing assigned tasks and responsibilities in the defined schedule.
