  • Primary focus to pro-actively market our services, prepare proposals up to and including the conclusion stages.
  • Plan, allocate and monitor own sales strategies, targets and sales performance so that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Good financial understanding and ability to apply comprehensive pricing in conjunction with pricing.
  • Build cross-business support to help drive and develop profitable sales strategies that enhance our customer offering, good understanding of the commercial viability and revenue streams.
  • Market awareness and understanding of the challenges of customers and competitors.
  • Bring products to the market that add value to our customers, increasing our brand presence and overall financial viability.

Skills

  • A background in vehicle rental and leasing would be desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Educated to degree or equivalent level.
  • Strong Sales background
  • Arabic Language preferred.
  • UAE Driving License is an advantage.
  • Preferably from Shift Leasing background.
