We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Administrator to join our team and contribute to the smooth running of our daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property listings and ensure accurate information is posted.
  • Process real estate transactions and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Maintain and organize office records and files.
  • Prepare and distribute real estate documents and contracts.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate processes and regulations in Dubai is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., PropSpace, Property Finder, Bayut), property management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of real estate contracts, tenancy agreements, and relevant documentation processes in Dubai.
