We are looking for a dynamic Real Estate Administrator to join our team and contribute to the smooth running of our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property listings and ensure accurate information is posted.
- Process real estate transactions and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Maintain and organize office records and files.
- Prepare and distribute real estate documents and contracts.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of real estate processes and regulations in Dubai is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
