End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely closure of open positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish the ideal candidate profiles. Ensure the alignment of recruitment strategies with business goals and workforce plans.

Time-to-Hire & Hiring Efficiency: Optimize the time-to-hire by improving recruitment processes, reducing bottlenecks, and adhering to agreed-upon timelines. Track and report on key metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-start, and conversion rates (interview-to-offer, offer-to-acceptance).

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and expectations. Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on the status of open positions, recruitment challenges, and market conditions. Act as a consultant to business leaders on talent trends, market intelligence, and best practices.

Skills
