Karak with Mahreen, a Dubai-based podcast about South Asian and Arab cultures with over 235K+ followers, is hiring!

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to support Mahreen and help ensure the smooth running of our growing team and operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to play a key role in managing day-to-day operations and supporting the team in delivering high-quality content and experiences.

Role Includes:

• Managing Mahreen’s calendar, emails, and messages

• Overseeing team processes, operations, and workflows

• Coordinating HR and recruitment needs, including onboarding new team members

• Managing workspace, tools, and resources used by the team

• Ensuring smooth communication across all departments

• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support Mahreen and the team

Requirements:

• Highly organized with excellent time management skills

• Experienced in operations management, team coordination, or similar roles

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach

• A problem-solver with an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Passionate about media and culture, and aligned with the podcast’s vision
