We are seeking an experienced and dynamic head of manufacturing to join our team and lead the setup and operations of a new furniture manufacturing company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in furniture manufacturing, a deep understanding of production processes, and the ability to oversee the establishment of the entire operation from scratch.

This role requires someone who can guide the team through every stage of manufacturing, from obtaining machinery and raw materials to implementing efficient production workflows and delivering high-quality furniture products.

Skills

Technical Expertise

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior role within the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in setting up and managing a furniture manufacturing facility.
• In-depth knowledge of furniture production techniques, machinery (e.g., CNC machines), and materials (e.g., wood, MDF, upholstery).
• Strong understanding of production planning, workflow optimization, and quality control processes.

Other Requirements

• Knowledge of UAE manufacturing regulations and standards is highly preferred.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in software tools for production management and reporting.
