Accountabilities of the position
We are looking for Key Account Manager- Service Sales, who will be accountable for managing Service Sales Business in assigned territory/ accounts. Accounts are spread over multiple segments like Academia, Genomics research, Food Safety, Infectious disease etc. Position is based out of UAE. Key responsibilities of discussed role includes:
- Driving consistent Service Sales Contract Business growth in assigned territory/ accounts.
- Lead generation and funnel management: Ensure that healthy funnel is generated & managed well through active engagement with Key Stake Holders at all customer sites.
- Drive Branded Experience in assigned territory/ accounts to grow loyal customer base by creating the awareness and implementing agreed actions as per management guidance.
- Follow Internal Processes and Compliance. Ensure all internal processes are followed in compliance with organization’s guidelines (rolling forecast, lead activity report, etc.) to consistently grow contracts coverage in assigned territory/ accounts while ensuring all customers are professionally served in timely manner. Also actively participate in structured weekly/monthly meetings to update on the progress of business growth in assigned territory/ accounts.
- Drive active account coverage with ability to promote & sell service products efficiently and hence drive the consistent sale growth in assigned territory/ accounts with minimum support.
- Actively collaborate with all cross functional teams to serve customers with Best In Class Services & grow the Service Sales Business in assigned territory/ accounts along with customer delight.

Profile of Candidate
We are looking for professionals who have strong business and technical knowledge, and are keen to develop their career in Service Sales.
• Should have proven track record in Service Sales with minimum 8 to 10 years of experience.
• Self Motivated Professional driving go to market strategies as per Organization’s requirements.
• Should have a competitive attitude to learn and follow established sales processes to secure business in line with expected business guidelines.
• Should have ability to implement the stands and position of management efficiently within the assigned territory/ accounts by articulating situation very clearly and effectively to customers.
• Should have skill set to manage customer relationship to ensure a productive and long-term relationship with strategic customers.
• Has a genuine passion for customer satisfaction and advocate for it internally and externally in a very visible and integral manner.
• Should be fluent in reading/ writing Arabic & English Languages.
