Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Convention 360 in Dubai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our services to potential clients.


Qualifications


  • New Business Development, Lead Generation, Business Communication skills
  • Account Management skills
  • Experience in developing new business opportunities and managing client accounts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of the legal or consultancy services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • CRM Knowledge
  • Service industry background preferrable.
  • Driving license mandate

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
  • Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
  • Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.
  • Apt in dealing with clients and engagingly presenting product data for potential leads.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
