We are seeking a Procurement Assistant to oversee procurement activities. This role includes sourcing high-quality Foodstuff/F&B, managing supplier relationships, monitoring inventory, establishing reorder points, and ensuring cost-efficient purchasing. The ideal candidate must have UAE Experience and but Fresher’s can also Apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Operations:
- Sourcing and Vendor Management:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for the inquiry you will receive from your Line Manager (quality, price and Payment Terms).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
- Regularly review supplier performance on cost, quality, and service reliability.
- Purchasing and Negotiation:
- Procure product and services tailored to each business's operational needs.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers.
- Ensure purchases align with budgetary constraints and quality standards.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Quality Assurance: Partnering with reliable suppliers ensures high-quality inputs, directly impacting customer satisfaction.
Risk Mitigation: A proactive approach to supplier diversification and contingency planning ensures business continuity.
Cost Savings and Profitability: By securing better deals and reducing procurement waste, the company can increase profitability.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and inventory updates.
- Regularly assess procurement processes and recommend improvements.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the team lead and line manager to plan sourcing based on inquiries and client orders.
- Support the creative agency in sourcing tools and services for ongoing projects.
- Prepare procurement reports and provide updates to senior management.
Skills
Requirements:
- Female Candidates required for this Role
- Experience: 1-2 years in Experience in procurement, particularly in the food and beverage industry
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Familiarity with F&B is a requirement.
- Language: Fluency in English
