We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our customer support team and help us engage with our growing community.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Inbound and Outbound Calls: Reach out to prospective and existing customers via phone, addressing inquiries, guiding users through the platform, and promoting our services. Handle inbound calls effectively by providing answers to customer questions about account management, platform features etc.


  • Customer Support: Assist with account-related issues, guide users through registration and other processes, and provide technical assistance as needed.


  • Product Promotion: Educate users about the platform's features, promotions etc. Encourage engagement on the platform.


  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to introduce customers to relevant products, services, or promotions, ensuring they are aware of all offerings.


  • Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and suggestions. Update CRM systems with call details and results.


  • Follow-Ups: Regularly follow up with leads and customers, ensuring any outstanding queries or issues are resolved in a timely manner.


  • Customer Feedback: Collect user feedback during calls and report insights to help improve the platform and customer experience.


Skills

Key Skills and Requirements:


  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and professionally over the phone. Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi, English is a plus.


  • Customer-Centric Attitude: Passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns in a friendly, constructive manner.


  • Sales Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.


  • Target-Oriented: Ability to meet daily/weekly targets and KPIs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.


  • Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of using  Google Sheets, or Excel. Comfortable using multiple platforms and tools to manage calls and customer queries.


  • Freshers Welcome: No prior experience in tele calling is required, but the candidate should be eager to learn and grow.
