Position Start Date: February 2025 IGCSE/British curriculum and a dedication to fostering students' growth and understanding in Social Studies.

Responsibilities:

Teach Social Studies to students in Year Groups 3 to 5, following the IGCSE/British curriculum standards.

Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that enhance critical thinking, cultural awareness, and historical knowledge.

Evaluate and monitor student progress through assignments, assessments, and classroom activities.

Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary lessons and ensure curriculum alignment.

Create a supportive and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and progress.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Master’s degree preferred, or a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Social Studies.
• B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.

• Experience: Great to have teaching experience in the UAE, specifically within the IGCSE/British curriculum.
