• Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and provide necessary solutions for the project requirements.
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Develop strategies for client retention and satisfaction.
Financial Management:
• Manage the firm's budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Analyse financial performance and implement strategies for profitability.
• Oversee billing and invoicing processes.
Marketing and Branding:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the firm’s visibility.
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials and maintain an engaging online presence.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing efforts.
Quality Control:
• Establish and maintain standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct regular reviews of projects and provide feedback to the projects team.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards.
Client Engagement:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and updates.
• Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement long-term strategies for growth and expansion.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Skills
The Operations Manager for Interior design projects & fit-outs will oversee the firm's day-to-day operations, ensuring the successful execution of Interior design & Fit-out projects while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. This role requires a blend of creative vision, leadership, and business acumen to drive the firm's growth and enhance its reputation in the industry.
