Job Title: Business Development Executive - Facilities Management
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the facilities management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends in the facilities management sector.
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving revenue growth for the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to execution, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the senior management team.
- Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and expand our network.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the facilities management sector.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of facilities management services and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
