We are seeking a highly organized and driven Sales and Admin Assistant who is fluent in Persian (Farsi) and English. The ideal candidate will support our sales operations and administrative tasks for our spare parts business.
These are the responsibilities:
Assist in managing customer inquiries via calls, email, and messaging platforms.
Support the sales process by providing quotes, processing orders, and following up with clients.
Maintain organized records of sales, leads, and inventory.
Communicate effectively with Iranian-speaking clients and partners.
Perform general administrative duties like scheduling, invoicing, and data entry.
Skills
Fluent in Persian (Farsi) and good English.
Experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
