Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Establishing new business opportunities for the company.
- Generating sales from traders and contractors for existing & new products.
- Quarterly (3 months) targets required to be achieved.
- Prepare sales orders form as per customer requests daily.
- Sending quotations as per inquiry from the Clients.
- Maintains effective working relationships A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the building materials industry with a reputation as a go-getting achiever and highly self-motivated.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and new business customers through sales visits.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Negotiate/close deals
- Follow up with customers after meetings.
- Prepare weekly reports to the management
- Organizing and attending the exhibitions, meetings, lunch & learn, and seminars.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Qualification:
- Females or Males can apply
- Any Nationalities can apply
- Presentable grooming (Net and clean)
- Having your Car is a plus.
- A UAE driving license is a must.
- Can speak the English and Arabic language professionally, other languages are a plus!
- Minimum of 2 years (FINISHING BUILDING MATERIALS, CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, TILES & SANITARY WARE, DESIGNER/INTERIOR COMPANY)
