Key Responsibilities:
Scan and print required documents needed to collect information for data entry.
Transferring information to digital files or database systems.
Conducting organizing of different computer databases, and effectively managing and maintaining them.
Putting information into the existing computer database.
Maintaining accurate records and entering data into various online databases such as Onedrive, Googledrive and accounting software Tally
Ensuring Data entry of supplier & customer invoices and bank entries is done on a daily basis
Verifying & validatiing the information for accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information to efficiently record relevant information
Maintaining and updating various Excel reports on daily basis
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
Skills
Qualification / Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent
Proven data entry work experience as a Data Entry Operator
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is mandatory
Working knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage
Good computer skills
Valid UAE driving license in preferable
Proficiency in English
