We are interested in hiring a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate at WellFit Consultancy to support in expanding WellFit’s client base by identifying potential prospects, attending on-site and online meetings, convert prospects into clients, and nurturing business relationships. The role will directly contribute to the growth and success of the company while providing the opportunity to develop professionally in a startup environment that values creativity, resilience, and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Execute WellFit’s business development strategy as per the business development model, including:
- Engaging in targeted prospecting via business and networking events, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and email to qualify potential clients.
- Attending meetings with prospects
- Participating in the proposal preparation
- Following up after submitting the proposal up until closing the deal
- Supporting marketing campaigns through mass emails, CRM, and LinkedIn.
- Ensuring accurate information management related to all prospecting activities.
- Work part-time according to Dubai’s time zone and work week.

- Provide regular feedback and suggestions where relevant to improve the conversion rates of the business development activities.
