DESCRIPTION
The rapidly growing Africa Middle East and Turkey (AMET) DSP Strategy, Pricing and Capacity Management team works across multiple countries to optimize our end-to-end relationships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) who deliver directly to our customers. We are seeking a candidate who is ready to take ownership of strategic programs and initiatives, utilizing strong analytical and project management skills. The projects managed by this individual will have a direct impact on how we compensate DSPs across our AMET network.
Key job responsibilities
- Leading strategic programs and initiatives to support the overall profitability of AMET DSP Partners.
- Developing processes and mechanisms to address current challenges and enable the scaling of our growing business.
- Conducting root cause analyses to assess the financial health of our delivery partners and creating scalable processes for these assessments.
- Reporting key metrics and program updates to senior leadership, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Skills
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering or Business
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or distribution.
