Job Description:

• Identify new opportunities, analyze market trends, competitor activity and conditions to drive strategic decisions and business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, investors, government agencies and clients to secure new projects and investments.
• Source and evaluate development opportunities, negotiate deals, prepare financial projections and assist in budgeting for new projects.
• Collaborate with sales teams for marketing strategies, forge strategic alliances and prepare proposals and presentations to secure support for new developments.

Qualifications: 

• Male, 45 years old and below
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 3 years for being a Business Development Manager in real estate industry.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing and regulations.
