The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Dubai’s systems and processes and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently, especially during the initial phase without a formal office.

- Legal & Immigration Coordination:
- Liaise with lawyers and law firms for visa, permits, passport, and residency applications.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and timely submission of documents.
- Real Estate Support:
- Research and shortlist properties for lease or purchase based on preferences.
- Schedule property viewings and accompany during visits.
- Coordinate with developers and follow up on agreements and registrations.
- Household & HR Assistance:
- Assist in recruiting housemaids, drivers, and other staff through agencies.
- Oversee arrangements for transportation (car leases) and household needs.
- Travel and Scheduling:
- Book hotels, taxis, and transportation for visits to Dubai.
- Manage appointments and schedules for property viewings, legal meetings, and other engagements.
- Lease Management (Temporary Accommodation):
- Identify suitable properties for lease until permanent accommodations are arranged.
- Handle lease agreements and coordinate with landlords or agents.
- Document Preparation:
- Prepare, organize, and review documents for registrations, agreements, and other official requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel) is essential.
- Local Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for interactions with local service providers.
- Maintain regular communication and updates on progress for all ongoing tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with UAE property, legal, and immigration processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
