Major Duties and Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the RETAIL SALES category for UAE and later in other STI active markets (Bahrain/Qatar/Kuwait).
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop New Retails Products and pursue with existing products like Tuna, Strawberry and Olive Oil.
· Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets. Prepare Annual budget and Monthly reports as required for management
· Accurately forecast sales and track progress against targets.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail accounts (e.g., supermarkets, convenience stores, hypermarkets).
· Manage the sales pipeline effectively, identifying and qualifying potential leads.
· Negotiate and close deals with retailers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Manage pricing and promotions to maximize profitability.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Behavioral Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Retail Sales within the major Food and FMCG companies in UAE.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical Competencies
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the retail landscape and customer behavior.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
