About the Client:

A government organization in Dubai.

Job Description:

• Review technical transactions for low/medium-rise buildings, ensure compliance with Trakhees Building Regulations, Dubai Universal Design Code, and other international codes.
• Address queries from customers and consultants, meet with consultants to resolve technical issues, and coordinate with senior engineers for approvals and clarifications.
• Contribute to resolving minor technical issues, assist in smooth section operations, and align with departmental KPIs and objectives.

Follow company policies, HR procedures, and information security standards to safeguard assets and ensure compliance

Skills

Qualifications:

• Open to Arabic Nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 6 years of experience (2 years in UAE) in the design and review of engineering calculations/drawings from a reputed firm/regulatory authority.
• Bachelor ‘s degree in Architectural Engineering
• Experience in handling high-rise buildings and large scale residential/commercial projects
