• Conduct comprehensive legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations to support legal strategies, litigation, and decision-making.
• Assist with corporate incorporation transactions, analyze complex contract terms, and provide recommendations on contract negotiation strategies and compliance.
• Address complaints related to company operations and manage contract performance, ensuring compliance and identifying potential risks.
• Identify training needs, ensure adherence to health, safety, and information security policies, and manage audit findings to reduce departmental risks.
