Videography:

• Collaborate closely with real estate agents and the marketing team to grasp the key selling points and features of each property.
• Utilize professional-grade video equipment to capture interior and exterior shots, showcasing the finest attributes and overall allure of the properties.
• Ensure videos are filmed under optimal lighting and angles for visually appealing and authentic representations.

Content Creation:

• Generate creative and captivating content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, infographics, and more.
• Customize content to cater to the target audience and adhere to platform-specific requirements.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and style throughout all content.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager to ensure timely completion of projects and effective alignment with marketing goals.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Attend property walkthroughs and meetings to discuss video concepts and gain a deep understanding of client expectations.
• Work closely with team members and clients to foster effective collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a videographer and video editor, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in operating professional video cameras, tripods, stabilizers, and other relevant equipment.
• Strong expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve 19.
• A robust portfolio showcasing your prior real estate videography and editing work.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for real estate, architecture, and design is a valuable asset.
